SHIPPING INFORMATION

Delivery Process： Processing time typically takes between 1-2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within the next 1-2 business days. Please note that all processing times may take longer due to a high volume of orders.

Order Status： Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check your order status. You can also go to your account page to check your order status.

Shipping Charges： Affected by the epidemic, logistics costs have increased. In order to ensure a good shopping experience for users, customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Europe, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates only need to pay $9.9 (expected to arrive in 7-13 working days), expedited delivery (expected to 4- 7 business days) for $24.99.

Note:
The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of placing your order. It can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Order Address Error： Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before the shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Shipping Delivery： The order shows that it has been delivered, and the customer responds that the item has not been received, please contact us as soon as possible. Items shown as delivered but not received will not be refunded.

Additional Information： We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
