Can I use the volumagic on dry hair ?
You can use the Volumagic on both dry and wet hair, depending on the results you want. On wet hair, you'll get the full volume and sculpted ends we promise. Using it on dry hair gives a nice fix after few days. 

Is it suitable for any type of hair?
The volumagic is designed to give you the styling flexibility to help reduce heat damage.

How long does the blowout lasts? 
Depending on your type of hair, your blowout lasts for at least few days with no fix needed. For even better results, finish your blowout with a lacquer.

What is ceramic?
Ceramic is a mixture of clay, earthen elements, powders, and water that can withstand heat homogeneously. It's the preferred material used in professional haircare products because of its long lasting quality. It helps reduce damage from over-styling with even heat distribution, making styling fast and easy.

What is Ionic Technology?
Ionic Technology helps condition, smooth and make hair shinier, while reducing frizz and static.
Negative ions help maintain a neutral charge on the hair’s surface leaving the hair looking conditioned and smooth, while helping reduce frizz and static for shiny, healthy-looking hair.

Can I use shine or heat protector before using my Volumagic?
You can help protect your hair and give your strands a spritz of your favorite thermal heat protector spray before using your styling tools.

Do you ship Worldwide?
We do offer free worldwide shipping with no extra costs. 

What is the delivery time?
We process orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders should arrive within 7-15 business days depending on delivery location. 

How can I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If for some reason you are not able to track it, please write at info@volumagic.com or alternatively click this link to track your parcel manually.

I still didn't receive my parcel, what can I do?
Please excuse us if any delays might occur. Worldwide shipping can sometimes take longer than expected due to routine customs checks between borders or even bad weather conditions. Nevertheless you can track your order at anytime to see where it's at.

How can I change my delivery informations?
You can ask for a modification of your informations during the next 24h00 of your purchase. To do so, please write us at info@volumagic.com with your NAME, LAST NAME, ORDER NUMBER and the modifications you want to make.

I received a damaged / wrong product
